Tus derechos y cómo borrar tus datos

AutoNotas Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026 · Data deletion
What AutoNotas is
AutoNotas is a Telegram assistant used by local news outlets to publish their articles. The outlet's staff send a press release or an article to their outlet's bot; the bot prepares it and publishes it to the outlet's website, its Facebook Page and its Instagram professional account. The service is operated by Johan Sebastian Triana Rojas.
Data we process
From the outlet's staff, in Telegram
- Their Telegram ID, display name and role in the outlet (owner, editor or reporter).
- What they send for publication: texts, documents, photos and videos, and the article data (title, category, tags, social caption).
- Each article's history: who sent it, who reviewed it and when, and its corrections.
From Facebook and Instagram, only when the owner connects their Page
- The Facebook Page ID and name, and the ID and username of its linked Instagram account.
- A Page access token that lets the bot publish, read back, correct and delete the posts the bot itself created.
- The name of the person who connected the Page and the permissions they granted.
- The IDs and links of the posts the bot creates.
We do not read or store data from personal profiles, messages, followers or insights, and we never post to personal profiles.
How we use it
- To publish the outlet's articles to its website, Facebook Page and Instagram account, always after an action by the outlet's staff.
- To show the staff the status of each post and let them correct or delete it everywhere it was published.
- To warn the owner if the Facebook connection stops working.
We do not use the data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties other than the providers listed below.
Providers involved
- Google Cloud (United States): the server that runs the bot and its database, and temporary public storage for the photos and videos published to social media (deleted automatically after 30 days).
- Google Gemini and Groq: process the article text to clean it, classify it and suggest the social caption. They never receive Facebook or Instagram data.
- Telegram: the channel the staff use to work with the bot.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and the outlet's own WordPress site: where articles are published.
How we protect it
- Page access tokens are stored encrypted, are never shown to anyone and are not written to logs.
- Only the service administrator can access the server. Each outlet only sees its own articles.
- The Facebook connection uses Meta's official login with a one-time link.
Retention
- Photos and videos in public storage: 30 days.
- The Facebook and Instagram connection: until the owner disconnects it; it is deleted immediately when they do.
- Articles and their history: while the outlet uses the service, or until it asks us to delete them.
Your rights and how to delete your data
The outlet's owner can disconnect their Page from the bot at any time and ask us to delete all of the outlet's data by writing to contacto@trianova.work. We handle requests within 30 days. See Data deletion for the steps.
